Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

Account Inactivity. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. The Company will make reasonable attempts to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee, as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. The dormancy fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero.

• The Company does not accept deposits funded by credit facilities (credit cards, personal loans) where the source of funds is borrowed money. You confirm that all deposited funds are your own disposable income.

Withdrawals.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. No platform-side fee is applied to standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering control.
• All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified Account are processed without repeated KYC submission unless the Account profile has changed materially.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via MFS is one to four hours from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.
• The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to any withdrawal request. In such cases, processing may be extended by up to seventy-two (72) hours pending completion of the review.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are subject to different withdrawal rules.

Sports Betting.

• Odds are displayed as decimal odds in BDT markets and are correct at the time of bet placement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds confirmed at the point your bet is accepted are the final odds for that bet.
• The Company reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, including limiting maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Accounts, without being required to provide a reason.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under the conditions required for bet settlement, the Company's settlement rules as published in the sports betting terms shall apply. In most cases, bets are voided and stakes returned if fewer than the required overs or periods are completed.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds price is materially incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — may be corrected and any bets placed at the erroneous price voided, with stakes returned. The Company will notify affected Players promptly.

Casino & Slot Games.

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to standard human players via the normal browser interface.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform as a vehicle for layering or integrating proceeds of crime. The Company has anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Chargebacks & Unauthorised Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with an MFS provider or bank for a legitimate deposit processed through wwwfb77. Such action constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, confiscate any winnings derived from that conduct, and withhold any pending withdrawal. Either the Player or the Company may close or suspend an Account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the wwwfb77 support team via live chat or by emailing support@wwwfb77. Before processing a voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Suspension or Closure by the Company.

The Company may suspend or permanently close an Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.
• Discovery that the Account holder is an employee, contractor, or close associate of the Company.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward the Company's support staff or other Players.

Where an Account is suspended or closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of the associated investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach — including fraud or money laundering — the balance may be permanently forfeited in accordance with the Company's AML and fraud-prevention policies. In all other cases, a verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player following the completion of the investigation.

Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an Account — whether voluntary or Company-initiated — all access to the Platform's Services is immediately revoked. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game or sports betting rules. The Player remains bound by these Terms with respect to any activity that occurred prior to the date of closure, including obligations relating to outstanding chargebacks, fraud investigations, or AML reviews.
